Junior IT Officer at So Fresh Neighbourhood Market

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for staff and provide effective end-user support as required.
• Coordinate and oversee external IT support provider, escalate any technical issues as required and review effectiveness of service.
• Take ownership of any IT issues raised, carry-out investigation and resolve issues with minimal disruption to the business
• Oversee the administration of the local, wide and wireless networks (LAN, WAN and WLAN).
• Plan, implement, administer and maintain all IT infrastructure at scheduled periods e.g. additions, deletions, major modifications, updates, upgrades, subscriptions, renewals, set-up, configuration, back-ups and scanning.
• Perform routine manual/automatic backups and archival of files stored on the network to assist with disaster recovery.
• Develop DIY tips on day-to-day IT related matters for staff
• Ensure data availability at all outlet location & Head Office for operations
• Manage server connectivity and router operational in So Fresh

Essential Skills

• Ability to understand the business needs and requirements of IT.
• Ability to plan, implement, administer and maintain  IT infrastructure
• Ability to evaluate the risks to the business caused by security threats to IT
• Tech savvy individual with the ability to multitask, proactive and keen to details
