Job Summary

As our Junior Insurance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational processes of our insurance division, analyzing key performance metrics, and driving strategic partnerships

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the end-to-end processes within the insurance operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company’s insurance offerings and market reach
• Identify potential risks within operational processes and partnerships, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of data related to insurance operations.

Requirements

• BSC in Insurance 
• A minimum of 2 years experience in an operational role in an insurance company, and a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales role in an insurance company
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Salary 

• ₦150,000 to ₦200,000 net
