Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with imaging procedures such as X-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, and MRI
• Interpret diagnostic images under the supervision of senior radiologists
• Prepare preliminary reports and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of radiology equipment
• Follow radiation safety and protection protocols
• Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and academic activities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment
• Respond to emergency imaging requests when required

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
• Completed internship (Housemanship)
• Valid practicing license with relevant medical council
• Enrollment in or willingness to pursue postgraduate training in Radiology
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Good understanding of imaging techniques and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Prior experience in a radiology department
• Basic knowledge of radiology software and imaging systems (e.g., PACS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency cases
• Commitment to continuous medical education
