Junior Business Analyst at Noemdek Limited

What is the role?

The successful candidate will not only be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives. Other duties and/or responsibilities that the candidate will undertake regularly include:

• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; establishing a project budget
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews as required and analyze current processes using operational metrics and reports
• Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution, and facilities
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
• Suggest changes to the management using analysis to support recommendations. 
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Admin and related courses
• Outstanding problem solving, structuring, and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization to drive results/change; the flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges
• Proficiency in working with project teams and informal teams
• Self-direction and motivation with the ability to operate independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, 
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

Desirable Requirements

• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• The ideal candidate can be a fresh from school graduate 
• Minimum typing speed of 60WPM
