Junior Architect at Talenture

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Architect to join our team for an innovative gated eco-friendly residential development project. The ideal candidate will have a a passion for creating designs that not only meet functional needs but also promote environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustainable Design: Create innovative and sustainable building designs that align with our vision for an eco-friendly residential community.
• Feasibility Studies: Collaborate with our development team to conduct feasibility studies that assess the viability of architectural concepts.
• Site Analysis: Perform site analysis to determine the best layout and orientation for buildings, ensuring optimal use of natural resources and minimal environmental impact.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, landscape architects, and other consultants to integrate all aspects of the project.
• Client Engagement: Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for project approval and construction.
• Sustainability Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends in sustainable building practices and materials, and incorporate them into designs. 

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in designing residential projects with an emphasis on sustainability; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and graphic presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and stakeholders.
