Junior Aircraft Technician at AirPeace Airline

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• To carry out assigned repair and replacement tasks on aircraft and aircraft systems in accordance with regulatory and company procedures to uphold high safety standards and schedule integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out assigned inspection, repair, replacement and modification tasks on aircraft and aircraft systems under supervision.
• Troubleshooting at a task level in accordance with standard operating procedures, under supervision
• Daily planning for execution of allocated tasks, by supervisor.
• Accurately record and sign all maintenance tasks carried out to ensure aircraft history is correct and up to date.
• Report incident/accident occurrences as per company procedures.
• Communicate with internal customers to give and receive information on assigned duties
• Adhere to the company safety, health, and environmental policy
• Work towards acquiring basic licenses.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical/EIectricaI/AeronauticaI/Instrumentation).
• No working experience in aircraft maintenance
• Basic Knowledge of Aircraft Systems
• Basic Knowledge of Aviation Legislation/ReguIations
• Ability to interpret technical data
• Knowledge of Industrial Safety Standards
• Proficiency in computer Literacy
• Human factors knowledge
