Junior Accountant at Zenith Precision Limited

We are currently recruiting for the position of a Junior Accountant with an analytical mind to join our team in a Technical Support Services Company.
The Junior Accountant will be part of our Finance department, working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in accounting principles and must be comfortable with numbers and pay excellent attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Prepare, update and present accounts receivable, and issue invoices.
• Daily posting of invoice on invoice schedule as well as monitor outstanding invoice weekly and monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing and updating of expenses, salary schedule and payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Assist with other accounting projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting or any related field
• 1 – 3 years experience in accounting or auditing
• Resides around Ikeja – Ogba axis
