Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely recording of all financial activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Assist with payroll preparation and statutory deductions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Use QuickBooks to record, track, and manage financial transactions
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Perform any other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
