Junior Accountant at BU Power Limited

• Join our dynamic team! We're looking for a Junior Accountant who is currently pursuing ICAN certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Create and maintain financial spreadsheets for various analyses
• Assist in filing statutory returns such as taxes, VAT other statutory reports
• Support external and internal audit processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions
• Help implement and maintain internal control procedures
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection
• Support Finance manager with any other duties and project.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Current ICAN student in skill level
• 2 - 3 years of practical accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel ERP, Sage or other accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
