    Junior Account Manager (IT Solutions)

    What You'll Do

    • Independently manage day-to-day relationships with small and medium-sized client accounts
    • Understand client IT needs and recommend suitable solutions across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
    • Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities within assigned accounts
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in tender/RFP processes
    • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
    • 0–2 years of experience in IT sales or account management (NYSC experience accepted)
    • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure — networking, servers, cloud, security
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) is an advantage
    • Knowledge of OEMs such as Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft, Dell, or Fortinet is a plus
