Job Summary:

To support the ODP and HRIS units in the conceptualization, development and management of HR Systems with focus on the availability, confidentiality and integrity of data at all time, and to promote the correctness, analysis and presentation of HR data.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure clean and high-quality data is maintained in the HR database.
• Follow up on implementation of personnel updates in the HR system and confirm data integrity.
• Approve requests of users of HR systems.
• Ensure all request and updates forwarded to the HRIS team are implemented.
• Ensure availability of the HR Systems and application at all times.
• Advise Users on the Business processes for daily activities.
• Familiarize self with TEPNG emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.
• Ensure all personnel under his/her supervision are well trained and aware of their HSE responsibilities with continuous monitoring.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

• A university degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Good people management skills.
• A good knowledge of HR Information Systems processes and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSql, SAP, and PL/SQL.
• A background knowledge of reporting development and integration.
• Good knowledge of system testing and debugging.
• Exceptional MS Excel skill.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of middle tier software development tools like C#.NET, Java
• Good knowledge of Javascript frameworks e.g. Angular, React and CSS.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a similar position and environment.
