Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and duties to janitorial team members
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback
• Inspect premises regularly to ensure tasks are properly completed
• Respond to any janitorial emergencies
• Manage cleaning supplies stock, placing orders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train team members in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Address any complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with 2 - 10 years of work experience.
