Job Description

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, and software systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for staff.
• Install, configure, and update systems, applications, and security tools.
• Ensure data security, backups, and protection against cyber threats.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Oversee general administrative duties such as office supplies, asset management, and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT and office-related needs.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports for both IT systems and administrative operations.
