    IT Team Lead

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead CCTV surveillance and monitoring operations
    • Ensure 24/7 incident reporting and response
    • Maintain and troubleshoot estate-wide IT infrastructure
    • Train and guide the CCTV/IT support team

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum of 2 years of IT experience
    • A degree in IT or a related field
    • Hands-on experience with CCTV, networking & ICT systems
    • Strong communication and tech skills
