• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Perform regular updates, upgrades, and maintenance for operating systems and software.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout the company's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Assist employees with setup and troubleshooting of workstations, applications, and devices.
• Implement and follow security protocols, manage user accounts, and ensure data privacy.
