IT Support Intern (NYSC) at Light Heights Global Services Limited

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated IT Support Intern to join our team. This position is exclusively open to NYSC Corps members with a minimum of 8 months remaining in their service period and who reside around the Ikeja axis Only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware troubleshooting and technical support to employees.
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining and upgrading computer systems and software.
• Assist in managing IT inventory and procurement of hardware components.
• Handle customer inquiries related to printing and photocopy services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be an NYSC Corps member with at least 8 months left to serve.
• Reside around the Ikeja axis, Lagos.
• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
