Job Summary 

We are seeking a proactive IT Support /Digital Marketer to manage the organization\'s IT infrastructure while also handling social media and e-commerce operations. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, ensuring network security, and managing system backups. Additionally, the officer will oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, manage e-commerce platforms, and ensure seamless online transactions. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, creative, and capable of working across multiple digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, social media management, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and IT troubleshooting.
• Experience with network administration and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online store management.
