IT Support Assistant & Administrative Staff

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive IT Support Assistant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing technical support to staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for software, hardware, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Assist in managing IT inventory and documentation
- Support cybersecurity and data protection efforts
- Assists in ID CARD printing, website and database maintenance and other technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows and networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 10 AM – 3 PM
Benefits
- Salary: N75,000 Monthly. (Gross).
