Responsibilties
Service Delivery:

• Ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.
• Manage IT service desk operations, including incident management and request fulfillment.
• Develop and implement IT service level agreements (SLAs).

IT Operations

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and meet business requirements.
• Manage IT vendors and suppliers.

IT Projects:

• Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate IT project resources, including personnel, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure IT projects meet business objectives and requirements.

IT Service Management

• Develop and implement IT service management processes, including ITIL.
• Ensure IT services align with business objectives and requirements.
• Continuously improve IT service quality and delivery.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage IT teams, including IT engineers, technicians, and analysts.
• Develop and implement IT training and development programs.
• Manage IT personnel, including performance management and conflict resolution.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Manage IT budgets, including forecasting and cost estimation.
• Control IT costs, including hardware, software, and personnel expenses.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Communicate IT plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand IT requirements.
• Ensure IT services meet business needs and expectations.
• The IT Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field with 4-8 years work experience.
