Purpose of Position

• Organizes efficient installations, configurations, maintenance of hardware, software and supporting infrastructure, providing assistance to employees in the company. The responsibility is related to the maintenance of the system, so that it functions without problems and with as few downtimes as possible.

Job Description

• Organization, maintenance and control of a high level of quality and quantity of work in the domain of organizational unit, commitment and proactivity
• Encouraging creativity, generating ideas, in order to develop innovation and maximize the range of products
• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Monitoring and management of synchronization of payment points with the central server and adequate response
• Maintenance of network devices at the payment point
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems and Ensuring the protection of business secrets
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Technical support to every business process and employees in the company
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Domain administrator for company’s Checklist software
• Final installation and adjustment of computers and equipment
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
• Minimum of 4 years working experience as an IT Officer or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
