Summary Objective:

• Ensure the organization maintains a robust and secure Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, facilitating operational efficiency to satisfy its members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management: Oversee installation, maintenance, and management of the computer network to ensure consistent       availability and efficiency.
• Database Management: Develop and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
• IT Infrastructure: Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organisation's operations, including disaster recovery and business         continuity plans.
• Cyber Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organisation's ITsystems from threats.
• Ensure software licensing and updates meet organizational needs.
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent misuse of programs and systems.
• Monitor network bandwidth usage according to ICT policy.
• Assist in evaluating and updating business processes for efficiency.
• Develop and execute system test plans, improvements, and fixes.
• Coordinate IT activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, develop, and implement the ICT budget.
• Provide on-the-job coaching for staff.
• Maintain and support hardware infrastructure, including CCTV, access control systems, and POS terminals.
• Enhance software applications and supervise programmers in software development.

Requirements

• First degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• ICT certifications such as MSCE, CCNA; additional certifications like CWNP, CISA, MCITP, MCTS, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, PMP
• are advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in ICT management, with expertise in computer hardware, software, and project management.
• Strong communication

• Experience in LAN/cloud solutions, security, and bandwidth management
• Vendor management.
