    IT Manager

    Salary: ₦450,000 Gross Monthly

    Job Summary

    The IT Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Company\\\'s Information Technology operations by ensuring the availability, security, efficiency, and continuous improvement of all IT systems supporting healthcare administration, claims processing, customer service, digital channels, and business operations.

    The successful candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and implement the Company\\\'s Information Technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
    • Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions.
    • Provide strategic direction for the IT Department and manage day-to-day technology operations.
    • Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

    IT Infrastructure Management

    • Oversee the Company\\\'s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, databases, storage systems, and communication technologies.
    • Ensure maximum system availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
    • Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend technology upgrades where necessary.
    • Manage system capacity planning and infrastructure optimization.

    Enterprise Applications & Business Systems

    • Manage and support the Company\\\'s core HMO platform, CRM, customer portals, payment systems, and other enterprise applications.
    • Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new business applications.
    • Collaborate with business units to identify technology solutions that improve operational processes.
    • Ensure seamless integration between healthcare administration systems and other business applications.

    Leadership & People Management

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
    • Foster innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Promote a high-performance culture within the department.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or any related discipline.
    • Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 7 years' post-NYSC experience in Information Technology.
    • At least 4 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Experience within the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or Fintech industry is highly preferred.
