Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate intern to join our IT Infrastructure team.
• This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical IT systems that power our business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day IT support: fixing systems, connecting devices, and troubleshooting issues.
• Help set up and maintain company laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Support the team with documentation, IT inventory updates, and software installations.
• Participate in IT-related projects like server maintenance, upgrades, or user onboarding.
• Learn how to work with tools like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms.
• Help with user account setups, access requests, and basic network checks.
• Shadow experienced team members during infrastructure rollouts and configurations

Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years work experience.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative – we’re more interested in your attitude than your current skillset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
