We are looking for enthusiastic business suppport and customer service officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the Customer Service/Front Desk Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.
The successful candidate will preferably possess minimum of a National Diploma in any course; additional qualifications will be a plus. The candidate must also have basic knowledge of office equipment. Have a previous work experience in an office or call center will be an added advantage.
Also, the candidate should be able to resolve first and second level issues, as well as provide guidance and advice on all customer requests and incidents. Working as 'One Team' with the rest of the Operations and Technology Development teams, you will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience for our valued customers.
