Job Description

• Assist with the management of information technology and computer systems, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals.
• Initiate and implement robust IT infrastructure, including hardware and software solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
• Deliver comprehensive IT services, including business solutions, applications maintenance, user support, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain stringent data security protocols, manage network access controls, and oversee system security operations.
• Monitor and control IT-related expenditures, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from organizational data, supporting decision-making processes and strategic planning.
• Develop engaging content that reflects the organisation's key areas of intervention and values.
• Provide essential administrative and logistical support for day-to-day activities.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and office activities in compliance with organizational policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 0-2 Years experience in IT management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of administrative processes within non-profit organizations.
• Ability to use Canva and other graphic design tools.
