IP Telephony Engineer

- Experience 5 years
- Location Rivers
- City Port Harcourt
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 5 years in a Unified Communications operational role
- Possess degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Engineering discipline or Computer Science
- Technical experience in a large, diverse voice environment
- Cisco CCNA, CCVP certified with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience
- Knowledge & Experience supporting Unified Communication Systems: CUCM, Unity Connections, Cisco Contact Center & Presence/ Collaboration is a must
- Knowledge & Experience configuring QoS, Voice VLAN, and voice quality management on data network infrastructure.
- Knowledge & Experience with Cisco Gateways, Voice protocols over WAN, and MGCP.
- Knowledge of Cisco SRST with Call Manager Express
- Knowledge and Experience supporting Cisco end user phone terminals and IP Communicator.
- Knowledge and Experience supporting Skype for Business/Teams/ SIP integration and other UCCs.
- Knowledge and proven experience in the use of ITIL within and operational organization
- Proficiency in administration, operation, and integration of 3rd Party Phone billing application (PhonEx One)
