Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential security threatsand vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, and coordinate with internaland external stakeholders to resolve them.
• Provide security awareness and training to staƯ and users on best practices and guidelines.
• Manage and administer security tools and systems, such as firewalls, antivirus,encryption, authentication, backup, and recovery.
• Research and evaluate new security technologies and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Report and document security issues and incidents, and provide recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• First degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Professional certification CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+, etc., will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in information security or a similar role.
• Knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, standards,and best practices, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT

Qualifications 

• Possess a minimum of 5 years in a Unified Communications operational role
• Possess degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Engineering discipline or Computer Science
• Technical experience in a large, diverse voice environment
• Cisco CCNA, CCVP certified with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience
• Knowledge & Experience supporting Unified Communication Systems: CUCM, Unity Connections, Cisco Contact Center & Presence/ Collaboration is a must
• Knowledge & Experience configuring QoS, Voice VLAN, and voice quality management on data network infrastructure.
• Knowledge & Experience with Cisco Gateways, Voice protocols over WAN, and MGCP.
• Knowledge of Cisco SRST with Call Manager Express
• Knowledge and Experience supporting Cisco end user phone terminals and IP Communicator.
• Knowledge and Experience supporting Skype for Business/Teams/ SIP integration and other UCCs.
• Knowledge and proven experience in the use of ITIL within and operational organization
• Proficiency in administration, operation, and integration of 3rd Party Phone billing application (PhonEx One)
