    IoT Sales Executive

    Company Overview:

    IoT Africa Networks Limited, a company within the Tranter Group and owned by Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited (Tranter IT), is on a mission to enable and power the Internet of Things in Africa. Our focus is on providing affordable and reliable IoT network connectivity and solutions, empowering homes and industries to have full visibility and control of their assets. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist to lead our efforts in leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to enhance operations, optimize processes, and deliver value to our clients..

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IoT solutions.
    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Understand clients' business objectives and pain points, positioning IoT solutions to address their specific challenges.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of IoT solutions to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
    • Work closely with the sales team to align IoT solutions with broader business objectives and sales targets.
    • Provide training and support to enhance the team's understanding of IoT technologies.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.
    • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and growth opportunities.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on IoT solutions 
    • Strong understanding of IoT technologies, connectivity, and data analytics.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated leadership in driving sales teams and achieving targets.
