As an investment Manager, you are to have outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, as well as a solid grasp of all aspects of real estate investment.
Responsibilities
Sourcing for real estate deals and investment opportunities
Preparation of investment proposals & due diligence
Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from origination stage to closing
Investor presentations & business plans (including financial models)
Managing investor relations and issues arising
Job Requirements
BSc / HND in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in real estate investment (commercial, residential, industrial)
