Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new advisory or investment opportunities through sector analysis and networking.
• Lead execution workstreams across various deal types including M&A, capital raising, debt advisory, PPPs, and project finance.
• Develop and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, public comps, project finance).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. A master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, financial advisory, or management consulting.
• Progress toward a CFA or other relevant certification is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory environment (SEC, NGX, PENCOM, etc.).
