Job Overview

• We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Investment Banker/Deposit Mobilization Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deposit mobilization efforts, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our investment banking services.

Responsibilities
Deposit Mobilization:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and mobilize deposits from individual and institutional clients.
• Create and manage deposit products and campaigns to enhance deposit growth.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized investment advice.
• Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Investment Advisory:

• Provide investment advice and recommendations based on thorough financial analysis and market research.
• Collaborate with clients to design tailored investment portfolios aligned with their risk tolerance and financial objectives.

Market Research:

• Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed investment recommendations.
• Analyze financial statements, industry reports, and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about various financial products, including investment instruments, deposit products, and other banking services.
• Educate clients on available investment options and help them make informed decisions.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all deposit mobilization and investment activities.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of investment and deposit mobilization strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in investment banking, deposit mobilization, or a related financial role.
