Investment Associate at Rensource Energy

About the Role

• As an Investment Associate, you will support senior management in executing complex financial transactions and providing strategic advisory services. You will identify funding opportunities, manage investor relations, and assist with deal execution
• . The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, including sourcing, negotiating, and structuring equity and debt transactions, and will leverage skills in financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to deliver quality solutions for clients.

Your skills and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting, is recommended. An MSc in finance or a similar field would be preferred
• At least 5 years of work experience in a detail-oriented financial role such as investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, finance, or strategy consulting.
• Hands-on experience with financial analysis, modelling, company valuations, due diligence and capital raises is essential.
• Knowledge of the energy industry and its intricacies will be valued
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
