Job Summary:

• We are looking for talented individuals to assist our investment advisory team and marketing department in providing top-notch services to our clients. As a Real Estate Investment Advisers/Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in real estate investment analysis, marketing strategies, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in analyzing real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends to identify opportunities.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to drive business growth.
• Assist in social media management and content creation.
• Support client relationship management and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Provide investment advice to clients on real estate investments.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0-1 year of experience in real estate investment or marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Passion for real estate and marketing.
• Must be highly sociable, teachable and willing to learn.
• Must NOT be more than 30 years of age.
• Experience in marketing is an added advantage.
• Preferably a male.
• Must be able to *DRIVE.*
