Investigations Officer at Halogen Group

Job Summary

• The Investigation Officer will be responsible for tracking, recording, updating and reporting case investigations.

Key Accountabilities

• Investigation: Conduct interviews and collect evidence in accordance with company’s defined procedures, record and report the results of these investigations.
• Intelligence Gathering/Reporting: Collect, assemble, preserve facts, and prepare detailed reports of investigative findings for scrutiny.
• Database Management: Create and utilize database for entering, updating, and tracking investigations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in investigating and reporting.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution.
• Detail-oriented with specific emphasis on listening skills.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
