Inventory/Procurement Officer at Tabs N More Wholesale Pharmacy

Tabs N More Wholesale Pharmacy is currently recruiting a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory/Procurement Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and coordinating the timely and cost-effective procurement of pharmaceutical products.

This role is vital to maintaining smooth supply chain operations and ensuring that essential stock is always available to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels across the store and warehouse.
• Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items.
• Record and reconcile physical stock against system records regularly.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date stock records and logs.

Procurement Duties:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality.
• Place orders for restocking in line with demand and usage trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and evaluate new ones.
• Keep procurement records and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

3 Saturdays per month required)
