Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock movement and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, organise, and issue stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations.
• Track stock movement and prepare inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage and organisation of inventory.
• Assist with periodic stock audits.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory or stock management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
