Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, stock control, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate should have sales experience, ERP knowledge, and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports.
• Analyze stock data using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel formulas.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and excess inventory.
• Support the sales team with accurate stock availability information.
• Ensure proper inventory documentation and control procedures.

Requirements

• Possess a B.Sc. / HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field with 3 – 5 years of experience in inventory, stock management, or a related role.
• Sales experience is required.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
