    Inventory Handler

    Job Responsibilities
    Sparepart and Handset Management:

    • In Main Warehouse MSL Should maintain to avoid customer complaints and to avoid waiting for spare,
    • All service center Should maintain Minimum stock level (MSL) for reduce dissatisfaction rate and avoid open call.
    • In all service center Need to maintain accessories Minimum 5 Qty of each model.
    • New Model spares order to Factory.
    • Service center & Country should maintain turnover days for spare part.
    • For every Spare part we allocate cargo space as per category wise & Maintain the warehouse area well as per 6s standard.
    • If any good Spare part Contain technical issue, After Service center manager approval, that part as BAD FROM STOCK consume in CRM work order
    • If any Complaint arise in Customer Handset that time our engineer Checks and finds the problem in particular spare part, Spare part is not Available in Service Center and National Main Warehouse means, Provide solution to customer within 7 days.
    • Conduct Online training for Spare part Management to all Service Centers every month.
    • Maintain Good DOA Handset of all models as per service Center Consumptions.
    • Monthly twice audit all spare parts, Tools & DOA handsets in all service center & National main warehouse.

    Safety Management & Testing Material:

    • The Inventory In charge manages Spare parts and should be handled with care and stored properly; the office computer or important equipment of staff shall not be accessed by other people to avoid any loss or leak the information, and the staffs are not allowed to copy and publish such information without permission.
    • The Inventory In charge should check the office space and the warehouse for potential safety hazard, make adjustments and corrections to any problem found, and report those problems that cannot be handled by himself/herself to the manager of management center in a timely manner.
    • Testing Items: If the number of service staff at service center is ≤ 3, the number of testing items shall not be greater than 1 (not greater than 2 if there is a receptionist); If the number of service staff at service center is ≥ 4, the number of testing items shall not be greater than 3, and the excess part will be regarded as bad items and will be compensated by the responsible person of service center at the retail price. Service center responsible person shall report to the Inventory Management Center about testing items (the local responsible person should make testing items registration form and will be responsible for its management and control)

    Defective Materials Management:

    • Warranty bad materials: parts shall be returned to national warehouse according to the standard operation requirements; for the loss, damage, excess or shortage of the motherboard and the screen, a penalty shall be imposed based on retail price to national warehouse manager.
    • Chargeable bad material: Every month service center should return it according to standards of warranty bad material.
    • Bad from stock: Every month service center should return it according to standards of warranty bad material.
    • If Factory approved for all bad material can send to scrap, Send the all parts to E-Waste scrubber & Maintain Record

    Auditing & Stock Report:

    • Monthly twice do audit in all service center (Testing phone, Spare parts, Tools, DOA Stocks)
    • Auditing Reports upload in ding talk.
    • National Main Warehouse audit done in daily basis.
    • During Audit time if any mismatches found CRM Vs Physically, then we take action on Service center in charger.
    • During Audit time if any mismatches found In DOA Handset, then we billed to that Service center in charger.
    • Every month Last day after business closed, Send the closing stock of Spare parts send to finance team

    Job Sheet Checking and Write-Off:

    • As per vivo HQ policy we will check the previous day job sheet. If there any mistake happened in that particular job sheet, we will send Correction mail to HQ. (Within 24 hrs. from report date)
    • If Service Engineer mistakenly consumes wrong part code, then within 24 hrs. from report date, do write-off. If write off Not done within 24hrs means HO will deduct a score in assessment score & Settlements.
    • Any kind of write off required in the system shall be reported to responsible person in management center, and can do write off after verification. If do write off by self without applying then a penalty at the retail price of the part shall be imposed. If doing Write off within 24 hours will not be included in assessment.

    Spare Part Distribution:

    • If any spare part not available in National warehouse inventory as per consumption means we need to order the stock to Factory. Weekly twice calculate MSL file and send to service center manager for order spare parts to Factory
    • If any spare part not available in state service center inventory, need to arrange the spare parts from other service center. Weekly thrice service center need to order spare part PO to National warehouse. National warehouse should dispatch the spare parts weekly thrice.
    • All waiting spare parts pending customers should provide solution within 7 days
    • Customer attending and provide the superior service
    • Replacement give to customer authority
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Team Assessments
    • Service center spare part management
    • Sales Team: Arrange the handsets for replacement in service center
    • Factory team: Apply part application to factory and Follow the factory standard guidelines
    • Finance team: Auditing , Stock inward , outward report.

    Requirements

    • Diploma / Bachelor' Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mobile service field
    • Male is prefer for this job
    • Communication Skills
    • Excel knowledge
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Problem Handling ability and reasoning
    • Convincing skills.
    • Age between 20 - 29 years
    • Candidates must be a Male
