Job Description

• All round assistant to the Inventory and Risk Control Officer.
• Ensuring that there is no loop hole or delay in releasing of orders on the invoice when brought forward by the store officers.
• Ensuring that products are safely stored for durability.
• Adequate filling of bin cards for stock monitoring and summary
• Protecting all products in your custody to ensure they are safely arranged to avoid destruction.
• Ensuring that stock supplied from the store are in good shape for and during supply.
• Reporting impending hazard of store to your Manager for resolution.
• Ensuring there is no delay in the supply of any request of order brought to your office by the Supply Chain and Logistics Office.
• Ensuring that the total amount of orders released to the Supply Chain and Logistics Office complies with the invoice prepared for the same.
• Ensuring proper counting of returned order and reporting the same to your Manager.
• Ensuring that cold chain items in the store are properly arranged and protected with the cold room effective for storage.
• Perform regular duties as assigned by manager.

Experience

• Candidates must have 0-1 years work experience on inventory or store keeping.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
