Job description
- We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Internal Control Officer to join our banking operations team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of internal control procedures, risk management practices, and regulatory expectations within a microfinance or commercial banking environment.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- HND or B.A./B.Sc.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify control gaps, ensure compliance, and recommend process improvements
