Internal Communication Associate at Pulse NG

This role is delivered by a creative, high-energy, and digitally native Culture Content Lead who will be the voice, face and advocate of our "People of Pulse" initiative. Their mission is to pull back the curtain on Pulse Nigeria; they will be responsible for capturing the "behind-the-scenes" magic, the brainstorming and strategy sessions, the office banter and arguments, and the diverse personalities that define this era of Pulse.

Key Responsibilities.

• Content Creation & Hosting: Ideate, film, and edit high-quality vertical videos  (primarily Reels/TikToks) and such other formats that showcase Pulse’s office, team and work culture.
• Storytelling: Design and extract narratives from daily work by turning mundane office activities (pitching, filming, lunch breaks, and corner chats) into engaging stories and videos that resonate with both prospective talent and our audience.
• Community Management: Manage the "People of Pulse" social accounts, responding to comments and engaging with the audience to build a "fanbase" for our staff.
• Cross-Departmental Liaison: Work across all departments to spot patterns, identify "characters" and source stories to feature.
• Trend Jacking: Speedily adapt global and local TikTok/Instagram trends to a corporate-yet-fun office setting while maintaining our core values
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and the Head of Strategy to ensure the content aligns with our recruitment goals and brand values.
