Internal Auditor at FoliXx Hospitality

FoLiXx Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to ensure financial and operational compliance across all departments. As a vital part of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining transparency, improving processes, and safeguarding the assets of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to assess financial and operational processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate anomalies, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to management.
• Monitor corrective actions taken in response to audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
