This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor based in Abuja.
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning and conducting audits, analyzing financial data, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The role requires identifying risks, recommending improvements, and offering insights to enhance organizational efficiencies. Regular communication with management and stakeholders is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Audit Reports, and conducting Financial Audits
Strong Analytical Skills for assessing risks, processes, and financial data
Finance knowledge to ensure compliance and support accurate financial evaluations
Effective Communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and ethical standards
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA or ACA are an added advantage)
Previous experience in auditing within the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
