Job Summary

• The Audit Officer will evaluate internal controls, ensure compliance, and minimize risks by conducting periodic reviews of operations and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct branch and departmental audits.
• Review financial transactions and ensure compliance.
• Report discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support fraud investigation and internal control improvements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1–3 years audit experience (microfinance preferred).
• Strong analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Good reporting and communication.
