About the Role

• We are a growing real estate company seeking passionate and driven interns in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology to join our development team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial property projects, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site planning, measurement, and structural assessments
• Support architectural drawing, design revisions, and field supervision
• Participate in project documentation, budgeting, and client updates
• Collaborate with senior engineers, site managers, and contractors
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and safety compliance

Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology
• Strong interest in real estate development and property construction
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or any architectural/design software
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
