Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review agreements (service, financing, joint venture, NDA, leases, etc.).
• Manage litigation processes: case strategy, drafting court documents, witness preparation, settlements, and enforcement.
• Provide legal advisory support on shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal opinions, and monitor legislative changes.
• Handle debt recovery and negotiate settlements.
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in litigation and commercial law.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) at both Law School and University.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• High ethical standards, detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player.
• Work Conditions:Full-time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Salary
N450,000 - N550,000 Monthly.
