Interior Architect at Elvaridah

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Interior Architect to design and implement interior spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• The ideal candidate will combine architectural knowledge with interior design expertise to develop spatial layouts, custom fittings, and detailed drawings that reflect the client’s vision and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior architecture concepts and translate them into functional, buildable plans.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, space planning layouts, and technical specifications.
• Design and oversee custom-built interior elements, fixtures, and furniture.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design execution meets specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design issues.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
• Source materials and finishes while ensuring design integrity and cost-efficiency.
• Stay informed about interior architecture trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior architectural design.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design.
• Excellent communication, visual presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction standards and Lagos building regulations is a plus.
