Instrument & Electrical Advisor, AI at PI-Moff Resources Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities 

• Install and configure instrumentation systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on instrumentation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments.
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff.
• Provide technical support to team members.
• Conduct inspections and tests on instrumentation systems.
• Update software and firmware on digital instruments.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new instrumentation systems.
• Train junior technicians and other staff members.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Respond to emergency repair requests.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Must possess a B.Eng. in Control and Instrumentation Engineering, M. Eng degree in related field.
• Minimum of 6 years work experience as an Instrument Technician.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
• Strong understanding and application of AI packages.
• Applicants must not be more than 40 years only.
