We are hiring a Learning Program Manager. We are looking for an innovative instructional designer who can establish clear performance outcomes and create engaging large-scale programs. It is ideal It requires learner-centered design using modern learning design and technologies. This person will report to the Global Instructional Design & Professional Development Leader.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Program Manager, instructional designers and SMEs to synthesize content and produce digital and live learning experiences that support course objectives.
• Develop performance-based learning objectives and ensure learning assets are designed and to achieve those objectives through effective design practices, testing, and other UX best practices.
• Develop learning assets including video animations, interactive interfaces, simulations, screencasts, infographics, and other digital or non-digital training resources.
• Work with program instructors to pilot new course content and ensure it is ready for large scale implementation.

Competencies

• 3-5 years in a learning & development role/capacity, managing and delivering training programs.
• Experience designing large scale programs with accountability for improving results
• Project management with global stakeholders
