    Facility Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
    • Manage budget for maintenance, repairs, and vehicle maintenance
    • Optimize space use and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
    • Implement security measures and emergency protocols
    • Coordinate with vendors for facility services and vehicle repairs
    • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives
    • Serve as a liaison for stakeholder communication
    • Manage company vehicle maintenance and ensure safety

    Requirements and skills

    • minimum of 1- 2 years experience in similar role
    • Great attention to detail
    • good Excel and email communication skills
